Pre-K through 5th half days Nov. 16 and Dec. 1
Parent/teacher conferences have been scheduled for the afternoons of Thursday, Nov. 16 and Friday, Dec. 1. (If you have any questions related to conference scheduling, please contact your child’s teacher directly.)
Because this is a change to the original district calendar, child care will be available at Ryder and Radez in the afternoon on each half day for families who are unable to make other arrangements. Child care will be provided by C-R staff.
If you need child care for your child on either of the half days, please fill out the form linked below. Bus transportation will be provided at the early dismissal time for students not needing afternoon child care.
Students who do need afternoon child care will have the option to ride the bus home at the normal dismissal time or may be picked up by a parent/guardian.
Afternoon child care will be offered as follows on Nov. 16 and Dec. 1 only:
Ryder child care times - 11:30 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. (Parent pickup - 11:05 a.m.)
Radez child care times - 11:10 a.m. - 2:25 p.m. (Parent pickup - 11:20 a.m.)
ASP will run as usual on November 16 and December 1, for those children who are signed up to attend on a regular basis.
We are also offering "drop-off" care for your student (school age children only) during your scheduled parent/teacher conference time.
