Students in Mrs. Strobeck's seventh grade agriculture, food and natural resources class recently took on the Mac-n-Cheese Challenge sponsored by New York State Ag in the Classroom.
Teams in each class were asked to come up with creative twists on the ultimate comfort food to showcase the importance of New York State's dairy industry. Teams presented their recipe ideas along with catchy slogans and creative marketing ideas to their classmates.
A winning recipe was then chosen in each class and the students on each winning team helped demonstrate how to make their mac-n-cheese recipe. Everyone had a fun time on mac-n-cheese day and enjoyed sampling all the different varieties of mac-n-cheese!
