On Friday, Jan. 12, members of the Golding Middle School and C-RHS chapters of Agents of Positive Change attended the Students Together Opposing Prejudice (STOP) Conference at Siena College.

The theme of the STOP Conference was The Legacy of Bayard Rustin. Students and educators learned about Rustin's role in the Civil Rights Movement, with a particular focus on his organization of the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom.

Students were given opportunities to discuss these topics with students from surrounding school communities.  "We need, in every community, a group of angelic troublemakers."
 - Bayard Rustin
Agents of Positive Change are C-R's resident angelic troublemakers who work toward making our schools a No Place for Hate!
