On Thursday, May 4, four Cobleskill-Richmondville seniors signed letters of intent with their future employers in front of a crowd of more than 180 supporters during the annual Capital Region BOCES Signing Day. 


During the ceremony, held at the Career & Technical Education Center - Albany Campus, students were celebrated and dignitaries also noted the valuable role BOCES plays in preparing students for the workforce.


Daniel Bradt Jr. and Ryan Gaida attended the Construction/Heavy Equipment program and committed to working with J.H. Maloy/The Laborers’ International Union of North America Local 157 after graduation. 


Dakota Moak attended the Electrical Trades program and signed a letter of intent with TCI of NY Inc.


Scott Walters also attended the Construction/Heavy Equipment program and committed to working with Conestoga Builders.


The event was affiliated with the SkillsUSA National Signing Day which was designed to mirror the NCAA's National Signing Day for athletes committing to play sports in college.
