C-R has once again partnered with SUNY Cobleskill to offer middle school students a unique, hands-on learning experience.
The week-long “Agricultural Mechanics and Equipment” course, offered as part of C-R’s Summer Enrichment Program, teaches students the basics of operating and fixing farm machinery and provides students with the opportunity to meet and learn from industry professionals.
During the course, students learned about shop and machine safety, operated lawn-mowers and other farm equipment, worked alongside industry professionals and more.
The course, offered at no cost to students, will take place four times in July.
