Sixth grade students recently participated in “Archeology Day” - a day of hands-on learning in all subject areas, related to archeology.
Barry Keegan, a historical replicas expert, was in the Golding Middle School Library teaching students flint knapping.
Other Archeology Day activities included observing early technology artifacts borrowed from the Iroquois Museum, creating cave art, and molding projectile points from clay.
