Sports physicals June 27 and 28

Student-athletes will have the opportunity to complete their sports physical (required for participation on any athletic team), on June 27 and June 28 at C-R High School.
Two physical appointment slots are available every 15 minutes from 8:00 - 11:45 a.m. and 1:00 - 2:45 p.m. each day.
Athletes must bring their completed Health History Form to the appointment.
