Bruce Tryon and Steve Philbrick will continue to serve as president and vice president, respectively, of the Cobleskill-Richmondville Board of Education.
Mr. Tryon and Mr. Philbrick were unanimously elected as officers during the regular board meeting on Monday, July 11, 2022.
Mr. Tryon, who is entering his 15th year as a trustee, has served as C-R board president for the past 12. Mr. Philbrick has served as vice president for eight of his 12 years on the board.
“Steve and I are honored to once again serve our school community as board officers,” Mr. Tryon said. “During this period of change in district leadership, our immediate focus will be on supporting our acting superintendent, Mr. David Sander, and our incoming superintendent, Mr. Matthew Sickles, to ensure C-R is ready to welcome back students and staff in September.”
