The C-R Music Department is proud to announce the selection of two C-R vocalists to perform in the NYSSMA All-State Mixed Choir Nov. 30 to Dec. 3, 2023 in Rochester, NY.
Seniors Michael Kauffmann (left) and Anthony Conover (right) were selected due to their vocal musical excellence and outstanding scores at the NYSSMA Solo Festival last May in Norwich.
Thousands of students perform at the NYSSMA festivals across New York State and a very small percentage are selected to participate in this prestigious event.
“We are so proud of these musicians and are honored to have them represent our district at this honorable event. Congratulations!” said Elizabeth Borkowski, C-RHS chorus director.
